FRAME stands for Framework for the Analysis of Research and Adoption Activities and their Macroeconomic Effects. FRAME is a research project running from April 2017 to March 2019. FRAME is supported by a grant belonging to the Horizon 2020 (Co-Creation-08-2016/2017: Better integration of evidence on the impact of research and innovation in policy making). The project will provide Europe with a toolkit for reliably assessing the impact of innovation policies on key variables such as productivity, output, job creation, and unemployment. To do so, FRAME will develop a new generation of models, using new data sources and methodologies. The latter will provide a better understanding of the impact of EU innovation policies and institutions on over the short, medium and long term.

FRAME is a multi-partner project in which international leading organizations in economics are involved.
